— Morristan on the captured wyverns

Morristan (Japanese: モリスティア Morristia) is a leader of an unidentifiable group of bandits and the boss of paralogue 11 of Fire Emblem Awakening. He captures wyverns to use as mounts for his forces.

Fire Emblem Awakening

Role

During Paralogue 11 Morristan leads his band into Wyvern Valley in east-central Valm, intent on capturing wyverns to use as steeds.

The local villagers, who consider the feral wyverns of the region to be sacred protectors of the land,[1] object to his actions. He kills the elder to keep him quiet, and then decides to wipe out the rest of the village to make the capture of more wyverns less troublesome. Chrom and the Shepherds arrived not too long afterward, and, at the request of one of the survivors from the village, defeat him while protecting the remaining villagers.
