Appearance(s)

Nabata (Japanese: ナバタ Nabata) is the desert that makes up most of the Missur Peninsula in southwestern Elibe. The only major settlement in the Nabata desert itself is the city of Arcadia. Athos of the Eight Legends lived in the desert as of 980, a fact known to only a select few at the time. The desert is also inhabited by bands of brigands.

Eliwood and his companions briefly ventured into the northeastern section of the Nabata Desert in 980 in search of Athos, at Lord Uther's suggestion. During the Disturbance of Bern, Zephiel sent his army into Nabata to assault Arcadia; after liberating the Western Isles, Roy rendezvoused with Cecilia in southwestern Missur and then pressed into Nabata himself to relieve Zephiel's siege on Arcadia.
