Alice is one of the CPU Miis. She has appeared in Wii Sports Club and Wii Party U. She is the only CPU Mii to have a confirmed relationship with another Mii, as she is sisters with Barbara. Alice was notably featured alongside Anne in trailers for Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream. She currently appears on the My Nintendo and Play Nintendo websites.

Wii Party U

In Wii Party U, Alice is an Advanced difficulty CPU Mii. She also received nine rankings and appears in Mii Vaulters, Button Smashers, and Puzzle Blockade. In Wii Sports Club, Alice and her sister, Barbara, are the champions of Tennis and they are faced when the player gets to level ★5. Both of their levels are ★10. Once the champions are beaten in Tennis, the player receives a stamp which describes them as "The Slam Sisters". In Baseball, she is at level 8. In Boxing, she is at level 4. Alice is right-handed in Tennis and Baseball.

Mario Kart 8/Deluxe

In Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, the name "Alice" appears as a staff ghost name for the tracks Toad Harbor, N64 Toad's Turnpike, Tour Singapore Speedway, and Tour Los Angeles Laps at 150cc as well as Sweet Sweet Canyon, Wii Wario's Gold Mine, and N64 Choco Mountain at 200cc. Alice wears the Peach Mii Racing Suit in promotional artwork. According to her profile, her nationality is North American.

Mario Kart Tour

The name "Alice" can appear as an opponent name in Mario Kart Tour, much like other Wii Sports Club Miis. Since the Mii Tour in 2022, she is one of the default Mii drivers available to choose from. Alice wears the Mario Mii Racing Suit in promotional artwork, and is the only Mii whose artwork is featured on the official website. Prior to an update that changed how course icons with Mii Racing Suits looked, Alice's Mii was used for the Wii Mushroom Gorge and RMX SNES Mario Circuit 1 icons.

Mario Kart World

In Mario Kart World, the name "Nin★Alice" appears as a staff ghost for the track Acorn Heights. Her staff ghost uses Baby Daisy with the Bumble V and has a time of 2:14.534.
