Find things that you can control that don't require destroying anything. That can be yourself (meditation, exercise), your surroundings (cleaning, gardening), your free time (hobbies, events), your things (house cleaning, vehicle maintenance) anything like that. Find something that you enjoy that is disciplined but also practice discipline in areas that you have to do anyway so you can exert control. You have to do laundry or clean or tend the garden regardless if you enjoy it or not so try to do it in an orderly, scheduled, disciplined way. That is not to say it is a perfect solution. It helps you cope but it doesn't solve the problems. When a boat is filling with water it is better to bail it out than punch holes in the walls but you still have to fix the leak. Coping keeps you afloat longer and gives you time to solve/manage those problems.Try to avoid destructive or mindless things. Not eliminate, but keep to a minimum. Reading a book is good, watching TV is bad. Engage your brain. Picking fights is bad, practicing a martial art is good. Engage your body. Graffitiing your neighborhood is bad, painting is good. Engage your creativity. Playing a sport is good, watching a sport is bad. Stuffing your face with junk food is bad, cooking a tasty meal is good. Even if it is just loading up a crockpot or a rice cooker with ingredients and coming back later. Sitting around looking at your cell phone is bad, fishing is good. Similar things but one allows you to think, be calm, and appreciate your surroundings while the other exports your thinking to a device, an algorithm, a corporation. Learn an instrument. Even something cheap and simple like a Kalimba or Ukulele. They can make wonderful music, do not take long to learn, and take up very little space.

I feed ducks at a local pond daily. About 2000 calories worth of soaked pigeon feed.I plan on harvesting one of the ducks every couple weeks to maintain the ecological balance. Are there any hunters here thwt have tips for killing and preparing a duck in the scenario i described? I have no way of hanging the duck somewhere to ripen so my plan is adapting a chicken soup recipe and relying on a long cooking time to make the meat tender.

I am using a Biblical theme of naming the first 3 robots I make Adam, Eve, and Abel. The goal is for these robots to have human body inspired musculoskeletal systems, advanced AI, and that they look human and pass for human to a casual observer at least at a distance. They must be able to walk, talk, run, dance, do sports, do chores, manufacture products, and make more robots just like themselves if not even better. My aim is to build a single robot arm and head and then add sufficiently advanced AI to that arm and head to enable it to build the rest of its own body for me. This way I am delegating the work of building the majority of my first humanoid robot to that robot rather than doing that work myself - and this is to save me time.In a like manner, my goal with the AI is to code just enough AI that the AI can begin coding itself and this way I don't have to code most of the AI myself because it will self create itself. I liken this to building a seed and that seed growing into a tree because for me to code that tree would take too long for me and just creating the seed would then save me time.

Needed to take cans in because my barrel was full. The steel was in a full scrap bin of mine that I had swapped out for an empty, so now I'm back to having an extra empty. Luckily I was headed by the scrapyard anyways to pick up a check from the livestock sale. Also took 5 more batteries in to O'reilly's for a $50 gift card. Cattle have been selling good though, so at least I got that goin for me!
I save copper, my state has a $30 limit on cash payouts for it though, to stop tweakers. That'll fit in a bucket, not hard to transport or too gross to put in the car.

You can DIY a fridge and place a heater within to be used as a stable fermentation room; there used to be a how to on "Jim's Beer Kit" but I can't find it now. I'm sure there are others. Really should be trying to have fermentations with stable temperatures but I'm like you and other than a basic heating pad and insulator in the colder months I don't do anything else.
