Under the Sun (Japanese: 日に育ち地に満ちる Sun rises and earth fills) is a passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; Under the Sun comes in only one tier. Under the Sun grants Canto (2) to its user; additionally, when their HP is not low, it reduces the foe's stats, prevents reductions to the user's special cooldown charge, boosts the damage the user deals and reduces the damage of the foe's first attack based on the user's speed, boosts the user's damage dealt based on the damage reduced from the foe, and heals the user after combat.

Image B Enables Canto (2) (Unit can move 2 spaces after attacking, using an assist skills, or destroying a structure (once per turn); cannot attack, use an assist skill, destroy a structure, or use a warping effect (e.g. Wings of Mercy) to warp a distance greater than granted by Canto).
If user's HP ≥ 25% at start of combat, inflicts −5 each to speed and defense on foe, neutralizes effects that reduces user's special cooldown charge, user deals +(user's speed × 20%) damage, and foe's first attack deals −(user's speed × 25%) damage during combat, user's next attack deals +(total damage reduced from foe's first attack) damage, and restores 7 HP to user after combat.

Heroes
Enables【Canto (2)】.

At start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ 25%, inflicts
Spd/Def-5 on foe, neutralizes effects that
inflict "Special cooldown charge -X" on unit,
unit deals damage = 20% of unit's Spd
(excluding area-of-effect Specials), and
reduces damage from foe's first attack by 25%
of unit's Spd during combat ("first attack"
normally means only the first strike; for effects
that grant "unit attacks twice," it means the
first and second strikes), and unit's next attack
deals damage = total damage reduced from
foe's first attack (by any source, including
other skills; resets at end of combat), and
restores 7 HP to unit after combat.

【Canto (2)】
After an attack, Assist skill, or structure
destruction, unit can move 2 space(s).

(Unit moves according to movement type. Once
per turn. Cannot attack or assist. Only highest
value applied. Does not stack. After moving,
if a skill that grants another action would be
triggered (like with Galeforce), Canto will
trigger after the granted action. Unit's base
movement has no effect on movement granted.
Cannot warp (using skills like Wings of Mercy)
a distance greater than unit would be able to
move with normal Canto movement.)
