Moonlit Bangle Q

Moonlit Bangle Q (Japanese: 華月の腕輪・先 Splendid lunar brace · point) is a passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; Moonlit Bangle Q comes in only one tier. When the foe initiates combat and does not have significantly more speed than the user, Moonlit Bangle Q allows the user to counterattack before the foe's first attack; additionally, it reduces the foe's stats during combat, boosts the damage its user deals based on the foe's defense, reduces the user's special cooldown count before their first follow-up attack, and neutralizes effects that reduce their special cooldown charge.
