What We Sell
Devkeepr is a desktop application for managing local development environments. It is free to download and use with no usage limits.
We sell optional paid plans that unlock premium features:
- Pro — an annual licence for individual developers, covering 2 device slots.
- Team — an annual subscription including 5 seats, with additional seats available. Each seat grants 1 device slot.
Current prices and the features included in each plan are shown on our pricing page. We may change our prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.
Orders and Payment
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as the merchant of record for every purchase. When you buy a plan, your contract for the sale is with Paddle, and Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to that transaction alongside these Terms.
This means:
- Paddle collects your payment and issues your invoice or receipt.
- Paddle calculates and collects any VAT or sales tax due in your jurisdiction.
- We never receive or store your full card details.
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) unless your checkout shows otherwise. Your order is accepted once Paddle confirms your payment.
Subscriptions and Renewal
Pro and Team plans are billed annually and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Paddle emails you before each renewal, at the address on your account.
- Your next renewal date is always shown on your subscription page.
- You can cancel at any time from your subscription page.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end your current period — you keep full access until the period you have already paid for expires.
Refunds
New purchases can be refunded in full within 14 days. Renewal charges are not refundable. Full details, including how to request a refund, are in our Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right of withdrawal available to you under EU or UK law.
Delivery and Access
Devkeepr is delivered digitally. After purchase, premium features are unlocked on the devices you activate with your account — there is nothing to ship, and no physical product is provided.
Access to premium features depends on your plan remaining active and on your device slots being available.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly at support@devkeepr.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable Use
Your use of the Devkeepr application is governed by our End User License Agreement, which sets out what you may and may not do with the software. Breaching that agreement may result in your licence being terminated.
Support
We provide support by email at support@devkeepr.app. Paid plans include priority support. We aim to respond promptly but do not guarantee a specific response time.
Availability and Changes to the Service
We may update, change, or discontinue features over time. We will not remove a material feature from a paid plan during a period you have already paid for without offering you a prorated refund for the remainder of that period.
Some features depend on third-party services (such as GitHub, GitLab, or your deployment provider). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or restrictions in those services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Devkeepr is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose you have in mind.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of Devkeepr, including lost data, lost profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you, for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using Devkeepr at any time and cancel any active plan from your subscription page.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or the End User License Agreement. Where we do so and you have not breached them in bad faith, we will refund the unused portion of your current period.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase. We will update the "Last updated" date above whenever we make a change.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
