End User License Agreement (EULA)

By installing or using Devkeepr, you agree to the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Who Licenses Devkeepr

Devkeepr is licensed to you by Eser Deniz, a sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) registered in France under SIRET 80104033800023, with registered address at 10 chemin du bergeron, 27930 Huest, France, trading as Devkeepr.

This agreement covers your use of the software. The commercial terms of any purchase are set out separately in our Terms & Conditions.

License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Devkeepr on your devices for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms below.

Free and Premium Features

Devkeepr is free to download and use with no usage limits. Certain premium features require a paid license, which can be purchased and activated within the app. Your license to premium features is tied to your purchase and is subject to our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass any licensing restrictions
• Resell, sublicense, or transfer your license to another party

Ownership

Devkeepr and all related intellectual property remain the sole property of Eser Deniz & Willem Leuverink. This agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.

Updates

We may release updates to the app from time to time. These updates may be required for continued use and are subject to this agreement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Devkeepr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for any premium features, if any.

Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate your license at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete all copies.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this agreement at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If you are a consumer, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside, and nothing in this agreement limits your statutory rights.
