Refund Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains when we issue refunds for Devkeepr Pro and Team plans. It applies alongside our End User License Agreement.
Try Before You Buy
Devkeepr is free to download and use with no usage limits. Every core feature — hibernation, the project command center, disk usage, the command palette — works without paying us anything.
We recommend running the free version for a while before upgrading. It is the fastest way to know whether Pro is worth it for your workflow.
14-Day Refund
If Devkeepr Pro or Team isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. No questions asked, no justification needed.
This covers:
- Your first purchase of a personal Pro licence
- Your first purchase of a Team plan
- Prorated charges for seats added to an existing Team plan
Once refunded, the licence is deactivated and any premium features stop working.
Automatic Renewals
Pro and Team plans renew automatically once per year. Before each renewal, Paddle emails you a reminder at the address on your account, and your next renewal date is always shown on your subscription page.
Renewal charges are not refundable. To avoid being charged for another year, cancel before your renewal date. You will keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Cancellations
You can cancel at any time from your subscription page. Cancelling stops the next renewal — it does not refund the current period.
Your access continues until the paid period expires. During that grace period you can resume the subscription without losing anything.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@devkeepr.app with the email address you used at checkout and your Paddle receipt or order number.
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. Funds are returned to your original payment method, and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Exceptions
We may decline a refund where:
- The request falls outside the 14-day window described above
- The purchase has already been refunded once and repurchased
- The licence was used in breach of our End User License Agreement
- The charge is already subject to a chargeback or payment dispute
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep your statutory right of withdrawal, and this policy is offered in addition to it — never in place of it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
