For such registration the contractor shall pay a registration certificate fee of $75 for general trade contractors, or $50 for specialized trade contractors, which covers such work or contracts taken at such time for fulfillment and for each succeeding registration certificate fee, together with the payment of the annual business license fee, to the Director of Finance or their designee (§ 422-5).

Existing structures code. Pursuant to Section ES-112.3, Appeal fees, a fee of $500, payable in advance, shall be paid for each appeal taken to the Property Maintenance Board of Appeals from a decision of the Bureau to cover the costs of mailing notices and the hearing of the appeal (§ 435-11).
B. 
Violation ticket fines and penalties.
(1) 
Violation ticket fines. Violation tickets may be issued in the amount of $30 for each violation.
(2) 
Violation ticket penalties. If the person in receipt of a violation ticket does not pay the fine or request a hearing within 10 days, the person will be subject to a penalty of $10 for days 11 through 20. Failure of the person to make payment within 20 days shall make the person subject to a nontraffic citation in accordance with Chapter 435, 435-1.

Any licensee who fails to renew, in a timely manner, will have a period of seven calendar days from license expiration to pay the renewal fee and file requisite forms, as well as a late fee of $200.
(2) 
Any licensee who fails to renew in a timely manner, after a period of 14 calendar days from license expiration, shall pay the renewal fee and file requisite forms, as well as a late fee of $300.
K. 
Health violation ticket fines and penalties.
(1) 
Health violation ticket fines. Health violation ticket fines may be issued in the following amounts:

"Good retail practices" violations: $25.
(b) 
"Risk factor violations" violations: $35.
(2)

Permit application. Single lot: SEO meets with applicant and fills out Part I of application, conducts pit evaluation, and slope reading (up to two pits evaluated at initial meeting): $75 per site.
(b) 
Subdivision planning. SEO conducts pit evaluation and slope reading (up to two pits evaluated at initial meeting). This service is typically performed for site suitability and planning module preparation: $75 per site.
(c) 
Percolation test. SEO inspects presoak holes/depth, observes final hour of test: $350.
(d) 
Preapplication inspection. For applicant whose lot was previously approved for on-lot disposal system during subdivision planning, SEO shall confirm that area was not disturbed: $200.
(e) 
Permit application review (issuance/denial). SEO reviews design and all site data: $90 plus any additional actual costs.

Final inspections: field inspection of grades, distances, layout, etc.

Unpaid tickets. Immobilized vehicles will be assessed a fee of $150 [§ 560-10B(5)].

After 10 calendar days, an additional daily fee of $15 will be assessed if the vehicle remains immobilized until all fines and penalties are paid, resulting in the immobilization device being removed.
(2) 
A vehicle immobilized at a metered parking space shall be removed after 10 business days.
(3) 
A vehicle shall remain immobilized for no more than 30 calendar days, at which time said vehicle will be automatically towed at the owner's expense in addition to any outstanding fines and penalties.

For garage customers violating the terms of monthly parking, which results in the turning off of a customer's card, the fee will be $10 to reactivate the card.
