Match-Up is a pair mode in Wii Party.
Gameplay
The goal of this mode is to pair up Miis with the same colored shirt. They are scattered on a plaza and initially all wear black shirts with a question mark on them. When a Mii is selected, they show the color they are wearing. The player has to then find another matching Mii to make a pair. They get 2 points if both Miis wear the same color, or 4 points for a platinum pair. Matching two pairs in a row gives a 1 point bonus, which becomes a 4 point bonus for two pairs of the same color. If the colors don't match, they lose a heart, and the shirts become black again. The hearts represent the number of tries the player has before handing over to the opponent. There are twenty-four Miis in total, making twelve pairs to match, two from each color: blue, red, green, yellow, purple, and platinum.
The game lasts for ten rounds, in each of which both players try to make pairs once. During rounds three, six, and nine, they compete in a 1 vs. 1 minigame and the winner receives an extra heart. If all rounds are played, the game goes into overtime until all Miis are paired. The player with the most points at the end wins.

Trivia
- When there are three pairs left, the music changes to sound more suspenseful.
- In the Japanese version, texts briefly appear on the screen during a player’s turn indicating whether they are selecting their first or second Mii, reading "1人目" (1st person), then "2人目" (2nd person). These are absent in other versions.
- This mode takes place in the same location as Swap Meet, and uses the same colored shirts for the Miis.
- The theoretical highest possible score is 57. It can only be achieved by matching up all twelve pairs with all of the same-colored pairs lined up one after another to obtain the higher bonuses, and without losing the turn: 10 pairs × 2 points + 2 platinum pairs × 4 points + 6 × 4 bonus points + 5 × 1 bonus point = 20 + 8 + 24 + 5 = 57.
- If one player gets all the pairs while the other does not, both Miis can be seen with angry faces at the end, when Party Phil is about to announce the winner.
- This is the only Pair mode where the players play as opponents instead of cooperating.
