Refreshing Bolt (Japanese: 氷菓子の弓 Frozen Treat Bow) is a weapon skill in the Bow category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. When its user's HP is full, Refreshing Bolt boosts its user's stats, but damages them afterward.
