Quixotic (Japanese: 傾奇者 Flamboyant) is a skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Fates. Associated with the Basara class, Quixotic is a high-risk, high-return skill in that the user gets considerable boosts to both their hit rate and skill activation rate, at the cost of the enemy getting the same boosts.

Quixotic

Describes behavior which is noble, flamboyant, and chivalric to a delusional extent, with no regard for practicality or the reality of the situation. The word is derived from Don Quixote, a 17th-century novel by Spanish author Miguel de Cervantes, whose titular protagonist behaved in this way.
