it was predictable once you got over certain aspects of the main character, lots of action and a surprise ending.. I can see why they didn't get a second season..
Yes I very much enjoyed this series .. I truly loved the movie the golden compass and was completely unaware that it was based on the 1st book of a series.. now I'm going to read the books too..
