By accessing and using bsub.io (“Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

bsub.io provides a batch processing platform with REST API access for heavy compute tasks including PDF processing, video transcoding, audio transcription, and LLM batch jobs.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or malware
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others

5. API Usage and Rate Limits

• API usage is subject to rate limits and quotas based on your subscription plan
• We reserve the right to modify rate limits with reasonable notice
• Excessive API usage may result in temporary suspension

6. Payment and Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

7. Data and Privacy

• Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy
• You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service
• We may process your data as necessary to provide the Service
• We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data

8. Intellectual Property

• The Service and its original content remain the property of bsub.io
• Your content remains your property, but you grant us license to process it
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service

9. Service Availability

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance with or without notice
• We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions

10. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless bsub.io from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
