📔 Resume

My career is dedicated to building the tools and technologies that help teams succeed inside companies. The behind the scenes work that improves productivity and efficiency for dozens of hundreds of others is what inspires me to do my best work. Building systems out of nothing that bring order to chaos is my past time.

As a leader, I refill my cup by mentoring and growing the team around me; I win when they win. I bring thoughtful order to teams, and I let the subject matter experts inform strategy and implementation instead of dictating my vision. Inclusive collaboration makes for a more engaged and high performing team and it is my goal that everyone on the team from staff architects to fresh college graduates and even interns feels they have something to contribute to the conversation.
