You could convince me easily. Bring me one substantial take that Hassan has. Just one.

I don’t care about the dog. Let’s leave that aside.
My issue with him is his political takes are shallow and valueless. I have listened to his word salads. They lack any interesting substance other than framing the west as evil. Thats kinda all he has to say. It’s not interesting. But it drives clicks
Supposedly this guy has a poly Sri degree, but didnt know where Syria was on a map until a year ago. Talks all day every day about Israel / Palestine but has no clue what the significance of the wayling wall is. I don’t think this guy has ever cracked open a book in his life
Why do you guys keep bringing up this dichotomy? There’s owning nice things, and there’s indulging in disgusting levels of gluttony.
It doesn’t matter either way. Hassan is a grifter. It’s Alex Jones of the left. Nothing substantial
No. I’m saying he’s a danger because he siphons collective action into the vacuum that is reactionary rage apathy. His occasional parading of support for a candidate is superfluous when you take into consideration the totality of his content. It’s just a mechanism to grant himself the moral license needed to continue making reactionary content.
Mamdani is a success story. We need more of that. We also need to evaluate why Mamdani has distanced himself from Hassan. I suspect he can also read the writing on the wall. Watch lefty reactionaries turn on Mamdani in the upcoming months. Again, it’s all about farming opposition.
I have no strong opinions on PSL or CPUSA.
I said: he doesnt have to be wealthy to be a socialist. So you replied: why should the revolutionaries starve? As if those are the only two options. I never said anyone has no be poor to be part of the revolution. That’s your interpretation. Not sure that the reading material has to do with your flawed logic…
You brought up the false dichotomy. But again, I’m not the one pumping for a millionaire twitch streamer. But you do you.
It’s not a binary system. You don’t have to be poor to be a revolutionary agent for change. But you don’t need to do it in a Porsche either. You created this false binary and you’re trying to paint me in a corner with it because, in the end, you understand how stupid it is to defend a millionaire twitch streamer that cosplays as a socialist revolutionary. We’ve reached absurd levels of simulacrum where everything is a parody of itself. And here you are, gobbling it all up…but deep down, you know how silly this all is. Whatever you need to escape reality my dude
Not just the DNC. Any movement that functions to garner political power and effect change. Hassan and his ilk exist purely as an oppositional force. It doesn’t matter who is in power at the time. If he was concerned with effecting change, you’d see more prescriptive dimension to his narrative. Supporting one off candidates here that pose no significant impact is uninteresting to the entire messaging apparatus he has enabled and gives him the mora license to continue his day job. This is part of a broader discourse that I need to write out in a better worded essay. I’m not doing a good job explaining what I mean here
You’re right. How can Hassan live and get to work without the Porsche. It’s integral to his subsistence
I care about political disengagement and voter apathy. That’s one of the many reasons people right now are being marched into detention centers illegally. Hassan farms rage and apathy in the same manner Alex Jones farms anti-establishment sentiment to sell hair loss pills.
I didn’t come at you at all. In fact I’ve done my best to keep this as impersonal as possible. The evidence for the shock collar is overwhelming, but honestly, that’s the least of his despicable character flaws.
Way to intentionally - it has to be at this stage - miss the point I made. Owning things is not bad. There is owning to live and then there’s parading designer clothes and jewelry in front of destitute people in Havana while parading as a socialist. He’s Alex Jones. A little more clever, but in the end he’s just another Alex Jones. And you guys gobble it up.
Unlike Trent Reznor, Hassan lives as an opposition force to whatever the establishment represents. He actively spreads cynicism and voter apathy, because he is the equivalent of Alex Jones. He drives his influence from farming anger; in order to sustain that he cant redirect his efforts towards effective actions because that would undermine his revenue stream. Trent Reznor is a genius that makes art. Hassan is part of the movement that is walking people into detention centers.
Hassan is on a whole level of opulence and capitalism spending. From jewelry to designer brands to his Porsche to million dollar Beverly hills home… I mean… Who ISN’T he exploiting haha
Yes, he pivoted on Russia. His takes are still superficial. That’s my point. I don’t care who he supports. He’s just an imbecile and speaks callously about entire people.
So if I pamper my dog, I can shock him too? What even is this logic?? Yea, rich man can pamper dog. Wow.
I work as an independent contractor. But I don’t relish in extreme opulence, frivolous designer brand products, while espousing to speak about socialism for the common man. It doesn’t have to be all or nothing. Yes, we all participate in capitalism. No one compelled Hassan to buy a Porsche, or designer brand clothes. There’s the necessity of participating in capitalism… Then there’s Hassan and extreme opulence and decadence. The fact that you can’t understand this distinction is all I need to know about Hassan followers
That’s fair. But Hassan relishes in extreme opulence and luxury. The whole persona is a grift
You’re more than welcome to get your bread as a Marxist leninist. Hassan is on a whole other level of exploitation. But again, you guys are in a cult. Now go cry to your little Twitch streamer boy. He might have some hot superficial rage bait today, is he on yet?
Why don’t you go dono 500 subs to Hassan. I hear Bezos needs a new yacht. Also, the oil changes on Hassan Porsche aren’t cheap. Lmao
The bar is really low. I mean, Joe Rogan is also an imbecile but he has the biggest podcast in the world

I love how uncritical and how fast she glosses over the case for. For someone that calls herself a “journalist” Taylor sure is something special. Of course, she’s funded by a billionaire and the Omydiar fund. What a hack.
Whether he does or doesn’t shock his dog is irrelevant to the stupid and uninformed takes. This guy has never in his life opened a book.
