Fun details:
I didn't find an official status list, but it seems like accepted is most common

This work was completed in helm/helm#13604, but we kept the status in draft.
according to HIP 0001, "final" could also work in this case since the implementation is complete. But for the most part we do "accepted" (when we get around to updating the status). We've discussed revisiting and simplifying some of this process, but for now this is great 👍 thanks for following up.
