…ffer.from for attachment fetching. This also removes the somewhat complicated setting of the `type` on the blob/buffer attribute by the calling functions, and puts that in the helper instead. The old TODO comment suggests this appoach was meant to be temporary anyway.
…n avoid adding a superfluous Buffer polyfill in the build.
