Illustrations

I am scanning the line drawings and photos to replace the cropped BHL versions; the line drawings are 1-bit 1200 dpi TIFF files. I can process about 25 an hour, so this will take a little while, but I'll upload them to categories (illustrations, photographs) within Category:Tutira - the story of a New Zealand sheep station over the next few days. Typography

Guthrie-Smith is using an older convention of putting a space before semi-colons and after the first initial in a name "like this ; P. J. Tylee". But we don't need to follow that, and can remove the extra spaces in line with modern formatting "like this; P.J. Tylee". —Giantflightlessbirds (talk) 20:27, 7 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

Images at end of chapter

The images of this book sometimes appear in the middle of lists. The code doesn't like this. I propose that all images be moved to the end of the chapter, to avoid this. Eievie (talk) 17:37, 21 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
