Pursuant to KMC § 1.02.110 the following fine schedule is established for violations of this title and of the codes and regulations as adopted by this title:

The fine schedule for a second offense of the same section within 12 months shall be twice the amount listed above. The fine schedule for a third and subsequent offense of the same section within 12 months shall be triple the amount above listed.
