The town adopts and incorporates herein by reference the hazardous waste plan adopted by the city of Tacoma and Pierce County entitled "Tacoma-Pierce County Local Hazardous Waste Management Plan – Final Draft April, 1990," three copies of which are on file with the clerk of the town.

The town adopts and incorporates in this section by reference the "Tacoma-Pierce County Local Hazardous Waste Management Plan of Supplemental Volume, October, 1990", three copies of which are on file with the clerk. This supplemental plan supplements the hazardous waste plan adopted by the town in EMC § 8.12.010.
