A.
No person shall be eligible to hold an elective office in the Town of Schodack while at the same time holding any elective office of the County of Rensselaer, New York.
B.
This qualification shall be in addition to, but not in substitution of, any other qualification to hold a Town of Schodack elective office required by any state or local law.
