Built Strong Barbell
Are you looking to improve your olympic lifts, maybe think about competing, looking to lift with like minded people? This may be just what you need. Whether you are are brand new to a barbell or have competed several times, there are options for you.
Sessions are 90 minutes focusing around the snatch, clean and jerk and accessory lifts. With an option to follow a progressive plan working up to max out weeks, if you have your own programming you are more than welcome to follow that. No equipment necessary, although you may find weightlifting shoes helpful though not essential.
