Billing Information

Payment processing is handled by Polar.sh. We do not store credit card information. Polar collects billing address and payment details necessary to process transactions.

3. Data Storage

Analytics data is stored in ClickHouse for query performance. Account and billing data is stored in PostgreSQL. All data is stored securely with encryption at rest and in transit.

4. Data Retention

We retain analytics data indefinitely unless you choose to delete it. Account data is retained while your account is active and for 90 days after account deletion for billing and legal purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Polar.sh - Payment processing and subscription management
• Vercel - Hosting and infrastructure
• Better Auth - Authentication services

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management.

Note: Analytics data (pageviews, events, session data) collected through our Service is owned by Bklit and is not available for export. Deleting your account removes your personal information but may not delete historical analytics data.
