Wheelchair and accompanying seats (paid tickets or with a Companion Card) can be purchased via Ticketmaster Site. In the seat selection page, please use the ‘View only Accessible Tickets’ toggle or the ‘Ticket type’ filter to view accessibility seating options.

Deaf and Hard of Hearing Seating – seats positioned anywhere within the arena depending on location of hearing loops and live captions on screens. --> Guide dogs and service animals are welcome at the Australian Open. Guests who need seats with their animals are advised to purchase within these accessible rows in the arenas:

Section 3 or 12 / Row T or U within Rod Laver Arena
Section 11 / Row R in Margaret Court Arena
Section 25 / Row Z in John Cain Arena
