How do I start?
Get started in less than five minutes! To get started, simply create an account on the 0x Dashboard, choose a plan, set up your app, and generate your API keys.
How can I monetize my app with 0x?
0x gives you multiple ways to monetize the trading activity in your app. You can set a percentage-based fees and direct them to a recipient on transactions initiated within your application via Swap API (EVM & Solana), Cross-Chain API and Gasless API. Additionally, you may take the positive slippage generated from trades when Swap API or Gasless API are used. You can find details on both approaches in our API references.
What fees does 0x charge?
On the standard plan, fees vary by API:
Swap API: 0x charges a 0.15% fee on swaps involving select token pairs.
Cross-Chain API: 0x charges a 0.15% fee on cross-chain transactions.
Gasless API: 0x charges a 0.15% swap fee, plus the cost of gas required to execute the transaction.
These fees are charged on-chain to the users of your app during the transaction. For high volume teams or teams with unique business models, please contact us to discuss a custom plan.
Which tokens are eligible for 0x Swap fees?
The list of tokens eligible for fees evolves over time and is subject to change. The eligibility of tokens is determined by a number of factors including compliance obligations, market liquidity, and other strategic considerations. Fees will be detailed in each API response when applicable.
What is 0x Trade Surplus?
On the standard plan, 0x collects Trade Surplus. Trade Surplus refers to positive price improvement that occurs when an order is filled at a better price than initially quoted. For teams with unique business models, please contact us to discuss a custom plan.

What is the maximum throughput that you can support on the Custom plan?

Can I use the APIs for fetching DEX prices without submitting trades?
The APIs are optimized for trading use cases, so you will hit limits on the standard plan if you request quotes without submitting trades consistently. If you need to fetch DEX prices specifically, please contact us to discuss supporting this use case.
