Docs: reintegrate About docs

Description

This PR reintegrates the entire About part that is still present in the codebase so that we don't forget to update (or not) these pages before the release.

I noticed that the "Extend" part has been removed from the codebase and sidebar, this is something we'd like to backport from v5? Or not useful in the docs anymore?

I removed, yeah. Was much less useful in v6 I think. TBD on v5 backport.

Whole about section needs deleting or reworking. Not sure how valuable it is currently.

I'm in favor of deleting it too:

• Overview is mainly the history that anyone can find on Wikipedia
• Team: anyone can find who's active in the GitHub repo
• Brand: nobody's supposed to really use the brand, and the logo is generally pick up from Wikimedia, or directly from the docs website
• License is already supported by the LICENSE file
• Translations is sometimes an issue with some repositories embedding malware and stuff

If you're down to delete this entire part, I can modify this PR to remove the pages.
