Our Blackfriars space is no more. We are currently on a hiatus, and looking for a new space.

We are a gallery and studio spaces, serving as a hub for creatives, makers and artists, and hosting regular social events focussed around the arts.
As a C.I.C, we were born out of an initiative to transform an unused space within the City of London, and providing these spaces back to the city’s residents.
Our gallery is publicly accessible on the ground floor with ramp access, with our mix of member access / public and private studio facilities on our first floor.
Solo Exhibition:
We’re excited to present the back of the sky, Oluwasemilore Delano’s first solo exhibition, opening at Fleet Studios on Thursday 17th April, 6–10pm. Inspired by a journey through northern Nigeria, Delano reflects on memory, movement, and landscape: “Their backs remain fixed in place, unmoving, splitting the sky.” The show runs from 17th–21st April.

Looking for a subsidised creation space in the heart of London?
For creatives that are looking for communal creation spaces within the City of London, we're calling out to you.
Ranging from textiles to literature, our member facilities allow you access to multiple artistic disciplines with other artists such as yourself. All under one roof. We’re currently finalising our Member spaces and expect to open them in the next two weeks!
We also have private studio booths for hire on a rolling monthly basis for artists looking for a bit more space in a shared art facility.

Accessibility Notice
Unfortunately, we do not have lift access for our upstairs facilities and so cannot accommodate anyone requiring such services.
This was immediately one of our main concerns as the project was coming to fruition, but it was also out of our power to change these circumstances due to the nature of our lease and building restrictions.
Currently, the building we occupy would be empty and ‘Fleet Studios’ is part of an initiative to improve and make use of an otherwise derelict space. The building site is under plans for a complete regeneration, and so the lift shafts are not in a place to be renovated and fixed.
We recognise the impacts this has on the disabled community to be able to come and access our spaces, and we hope that for our future spaces we will be able to guarantee disabled-accessible spaces for more than only our gallery.
