claude tag is the closest thing to a true ai coworker I've experienced yet it just needs to complain about missing the lunch order and it'll be indistinguishable from a real engineer

this is a good take, the bottleneck has moved from writing code to verifying it which oftentimes doesn't take a software engineer to do. lots of implication for how you should setup your teams

instead of asking "when will the models be good enough?" ask yourself "what can i add to my codebase in order to trust the AI more?" the eng teams that adopt this mindset will be the ones that win.
