Responsibilities

• Cost Accounting & Inventory Management Oversee full manufacturing cost accounting including BOM, WIP, overhead allocation, yield & variance analysis. Perform monthly inventory valuation, cycle counts and obsolete inventory assessment, and deliver gross margin analysis for mass and pilot production.

Collaborate with production, engineering and supply chain teams to analyze cost fluctuations and drive margin optimization; support applications for government tax incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; CPA / CMA / CIA preferred
• 3+ years US manufacturing finance experience (Solar / Electronic / Equipment manufacturing highly preferred)
• Deep experience in US GAAP month-end close and manufacturing cost accounting
• Solid understanding of US local tax system: Property Tax, Sales Tax, Corporate Income Tax, and multi-state filing rules
• Familiar with ERP systems: SAP / QuickBooks Enterprise
