Turning Turning Double Time is the second mission of the Twisty Trials Galaxy in Super Mario Galaxy 2 and its Nintendo Switch port. This mission can only be played if the player collected the Comet Medal in the previous mission and while there is a Prankster Comet in orbit.

Mission[edit]

This mission is largely the same as the previous one, however, the platforms are all rotating at various speeds and some are different sizes. Also, Yoshi has been added to the course near the Checkpoint Flag, trapped in a crystal. There is also an added second set of twisting blocks located after where the Power Star from the first mission was found, and the first set of blocks are arranged differently. The Power Star is found over the end of the final block.
