"Noki Bay"[2][3] is a musical theme composed by Shinobu Nagata for Super Mario Sunshine, where it plays in the location of the same name.
Composition[edit]
"Noki Bay" consists of ambient tropical music with a melody performed by several flutes such as the Western flute and panflute. They are accompanied by harp, xylophones, and various other percussion instruments.

Super Mario Sunshine[edit]
Super Mario Sunshine marks the first appearance of "Noki Bay", and it returns in the Nintendo Switch port, Super Mario 3D All-Stars, for the same purpose. It is also included in the official albums Happy! Mario 20th - Super Mario Sound Collection and Super Mario Sunshine Original Soundtrack.
