Paste the above code into any game page, add standard wikitext to any fields. All fields are optional, and will only appear if filled. game and levelname parameters are for use with Template:InfoBox StrategyWiki, game should be the main page for the game on StrategyWiki and levelname should be the name of the level's subpage on StrategyWiki.
