We’re aware that some people are having trouble using the RingGo app. RingGo is looking into the issue and we're waiting for an update. In the meantime, our Parking Team is aware of the problem and is working closely with Civil Enforcement Officers.

As temperatures rise, bin collections will be starting slightly earlier than usual - from 6.30am this week - to support crews working in the heat. Please remember to put your bin out the night before your collection day if you can.
