Refund & Cancellation Policy
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
In accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms, we offer a 14-day refund period for all purchases. If you're not satisfied with TrackinV, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.
14-Day Refund Period
You are entitled to a full refund if you request it within 14 days of purchase.This applies to:
- First-time purchases of any TrackinV plan or feature
- Annual or monthly subscription payments
- One-time purchases and upgrades

Additional Refund Circumstances
Beyond the standard 14-day period, refunds may also be provided in the following situations:
- Accidental duplicate charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical error, we will refund all duplicate charges immediately upon verification.
- Fraud/unauthorized payments: If you report an unauthorized or fraudulent charge on your account, we will investigate and issue a full refund if the charge is confirmed to be fraudulent.
- Extended service outage: If TrackinV experiences a service outage lasting more than 24 hours during your billing period, you may be eligible for a refund or service credit. Please contact us to request a refund in such cases.
All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
Subscription Management
For recurring subscription services:
- Cancel anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at [email protected]. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
- Access until period end: After cancellation, you retain full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew automatically.
- Refunds after 14 days: After the initial 14-day refund period, subscription payments are non-refundable. However, you can cancel to prevent future charges.
Payment Processing & Buyer Terms
All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our authorized payment provider. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions:
Paddle handles all billing, payment processing, and refund transactions on behalf of TrackinV. For payment-specific inquiries, you may also contact Paddle directly through their support channels.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day period or for exceptional circumstances:
