14-Day Refund Period

You are entitled to a full refund if you request it within 14 days of purchase.This applies to:

Additional Refund Circumstances

Beyond the standard 14-day period, refunds may also be provided in the following situations:

• Accidental duplicate charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical error, we will refund all duplicate charges immediately upon verification.
• Fraud/unauthorized payments: If you report an unauthorized or fraudulent charge on your account, we will investigate and issue a full refund if the charge is confirmed to be fraudulent.
• Extended service outage: If TrackinV experiences a service outage lasting more than 24 hours during your billing period, you may be eligible for a refund or service credit. Please contact us to request a refund in such cases.

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.

Subscription Management

For recurring subscription services:

• Access until period end: After cancellation, you retain full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew automatically.
• Refunds after 14 days: After the initial 14-day refund period, subscription payments are non-refundable. However, you can cancel to prevent future charges.
