The UK Robotics Expo 2025: Creating a Robotics Nation

The National Robotarium hosted the inaugural UK Robotics Expo on 18 September 2025. The sold-out event brought together 100s of robot experts and enthusiasts from across the world to delve into the past, present and future of robotics, and how robotic technologies can be integrated into our lives, jobs and healthcare.

Reaping the Rewards of the Robotics Revolution – UK Parliament launch

In March 2024, The National Robotarium launched its first policy paper, Reaping the Rewards of the Robotics Revolution, at an exclusive event at the Houses of Parliament.

The event held in the heart of UK government brought together key stakeholders from science, industry and policy to hear talks from CEO Stewart Miller, Heriot-Watt Principal and Vice-Chancellor Professor Richard Williams, former MP Joanna Cherry, and industry residents Touchlab Ltd, Crover and Bioliberty.

Goodwood Festival of Speed 2025

In July 2025, The National Robotarium team exhibited at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, one of the UK’s most prestigious motorsport and innovation events. Our showcase featured a range of cutting-edge robotic demonstrations, including Ameca, Engineered Arts Ltd’s advanced humanoid, attracting nearly 75,000 people to the Future Lab STEM exhibition area over the course of the weekend.
