From Simple English Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

An optional feature is an option to give to the car, it can have many and even expensive ones, especially in German cars.

Metallic paint is only paid for on some cars, especially between €500 and €2,000.

The package is an option that contains more things compared to the optional, for example the alarm, the spare wheel, and the LED matrix headlights. It can cost around €1,000-€9,000.

Equipment standard

The equipment standard is the level of what it offers, for example the Volkswagen Tiguan offers a digital display, ABS, ESP, front airbags... It is also important to see if it is rich, medium, or basic.

Full optional

The term "full optional" is used to indicate a car without options to pay for; for example, it is found (in Italy) in Chinese models and is also used to indicate only one option: metallic paint.
