AI-accelerated
I run my own fleet of AI coding agents (that's what aidock is), so senior-quality work ships at startup speed.
Marcin Papciak · mpap · Kraków / remote · EU
Software engineer with 15+ years in banking-grade systems — now shipping my own AI products with paying customers in both app stores. I take projects from idea to App Store, cloud and first paying user.
Founder · 2 years in production
AI photo, video & voice studio — personal AI model training, 100+ scenes, an AI editor with 40+ effects, voice cloning and AI video. Live for 2 years with paying customers: iOS, Android and web.
Founder · in development
Platform for running a fleet of AI coding agents alongside real people: agents clone repos, open pull requests and report to Slack; kanban for human + AI work, budgets, guardrails and an MCP server.
Engineering support
AI journal & CBT app for overthinking and anxiety — voice journaling with transcription, CBT pattern recognition and a 12-week psychology pathway. I support the team on the engineering side.
Co-founder · closed after 2 years
A LiveKid-style app, but for nursing homes: with my co-founder at Senior Care Technology sp. z o.o. we built a mobile app connecting families with their loved ones' care home — daily photo updates, meals, medications and direct chat with caregivers. The startup didn't take off; we shut it down after 2 years. It stays on this list because a shipped product that failed teaches more than an idea that never shipped.
Fully AI homepage
The entire Polish homepage of Photomize — copy, section structure, offer, FAQ and SEO meta — is designed, written and assembled by an AI pipeline. A human only reviews and approves. The page sells a real product to real customers every day.
AI content + SEO pipeline
Every week an automation researches keywords, writes a complete SEO article for the Photomize blog — headline, structure, internal links, meta — and drops it into an approval queue. One click publishes. Content marketing runs itself; a human stays in the loop only for quality.
Auto-generated per use case
Photomize has many audiences — photographers, photo editors, job seekers, dating profiles. Instead of hand-building a landing for each, an automation generates a dedicated page per use case: copy, examples, pricing section, SEO meta. The long tail of search gets covered without a content team.
LLM features in your product, RAG, chatbots, agent workflows, MCP servers and integrations — built by someone who runs his own agent fleet daily.
iOS & Android apps shipped to both stores, plus web apps — full cycle: build, store review, payments, analytics, release.
Company workflow automation and system integrations: Stripe, RevenueCat, ServiceNow, Google Workspace, chat bots, internal AI tooling, event-driven pipelines.
Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, Rancher, CI/CD, ELK stack, Linux — architecture, migrations, and keeping production boring.
Meta, Google and TikTok campaigns run by a dedicated marketing specialist on my team — she creates AI-generated images and videos, manages social media, and I add Google Ads API automation for monitoring and reporting.
MailerLite and Mailchimp setup, automation flows, transactional e-mails via API and newsletter production. I use these daily and run my own newsletter — you get working practice, not theory.
Technical SEO for your site, product analytics with PostHog, error monitoring with Sentry, A/B experiments, and the full ad-event layer: Google Tag, Meta Pixel and Meta Conversion API — so your campaigns optimize on real conversions.
About rates: ranges reflect typical 2026 market rates for senior EU-based freelancers. Every project gets an individual quote — fixed-price delivery is possible for well-defined scope.
Registered Polish business, active VAT and VAT-EU payer. All rates are net. Polish clients get a VAT invoice with 23% VAT; EU companies with a valid VAT-EU number are invoiced under the reverse charge procedure, so no VAT is added.
Leading a developer team in managed service across multiple projects. Java / Spring Boot microservices on Kubernetes + Rancher, Angular frontends, Elasticsearch / ELK, and a ServiceNow → Google Chat → AI agent integration on Google Cloud.
Info-trade projects: Java on WebLogic, Angular frontends, message queues and event-driven processing in a high-stakes financial environment.
JMS / TIBCO integration testing between bank systems, WebSphere environment maintenance, scrum team at the client's office.
Credit process management and BPM platforms used by banks: jBPM workflow engines, web services integrating external decision engines, JSF / EJB on Oracle, production support.
Linux servers, networking, Apache / mail / firewall configuration — where the DevOps instinct started.
Informatics, Software Engineering.

15 years of banking and pharma systems: tests, CI/CD, monitoring and security are the default, not an extra.
One person covering product, code, cloud, stores and growth — fewer handoffs, faster decisions, working software.
mpap isn't just an engineer: a dedicated marketing specialist handles ads, e-mail campaigns, AI-generated images and video, and social media management.

One quote — the whole team included.
Service rates above already include the right person for the job: engineering is me, UX, creatives and campaigns are her — no agency overhead, no separate price lists. You brief one team and get software that ships and marketing that converts.
Tell me what you're building — I'll reply with an honest take on scope, timeline and cost. English or Polish, remote-first, EU timezone.
