Why flat-rate?

Hourly billing rewards slow work. The longer a project drags, the more a consultant gets paid. We get the same check whether something ships in a week or a quarter. So we move fast.

What if it doesn’t work out?

Three months, then month-to-month. Cancel with thirty days notice any time after that. No annual lock-in. If the work stops paying for itself, you should leave. We’d rather earn the next month than trap you in a contract.

What happens in the first thirty days?

We audit your entire operation across seven categories: call handling, estimating, documentation, follow-up, scheduling, reporting, and inventory. You get a written Value Assessment with real dollar figures. And we start building your highest-ROI opportunity right away. The retainer earns its keep before the report even lands.

And after that?

Build and run. We ship the top three or four opportunities the audit surfaces, wire them into the software you already use, and send you a monthly report: dollars recovered, dollars saved, what’s next. Andrew owns your account. The team does the work.
