How we work

Why not now?

Speed isn’t the enemy of quality. Great decisions need information and deep analysis. Both are associated with time, but neither is time. If we need data, we push to get it fast. If we need a decision, we block the hours today and make it.

Decide in the room.

When we consider delaying, we name the exact data, person, or event we're waiting on. Then we either resolve it live or schedule the follow-up immediately after.

Question the requirement.

Unless missing data would materially change the outcome, we don't wait for it. Most delays come from requirements that don't survive a hard look.

Blockers are a same-day problem.

If someone's blocking you, say so. They'll unblock you today and fix the root cause so it doesn't happen again. It's a minimum standard we expect of each other.

Escalate, don't drift.

If you're stuck on information you can't get, that's what leadership is for. Passive waiting never improves a decision; it just slows the company down.

A thorough but efficient process designed so you learn as much about us as we do about you. Most candidates move from intro to offer in two to three weeks.

    A 30-min call to walk you through the role, the team, and answer the first round of questions.

    Hiring Manager

    A deeper conversation with the person you'd report to. Skills, behaviours, and how you operate.

    Technical challenge

    A practical problem close to the work you'd actually do. Take-home or live, depending on the role.

    Final panel

    Meet the wider team, pressure-test fit, and get your own questions answered before we make an offer.
