This depends on the size of your item bank, number of tests, custom functionality, and other aspects. It’s easy to import a few hundred items, assemble a test, and publish with our online proctoring. That can be done in a day. But if you want custom reports, integrations into your database, or other enhancements, we need to talk. You also need to consider the migration on your end – if you publish on our platform, you’ll need to update all your documentation like candidate instructions!
We aim to be transparent in pricing. Use of FastTest starts at $5950 per year. There is a per-test-delivered fee that depends on volume as well as whether you use proctoring services. We also offer enterprise contracts with flat annual costs, and add-ons like Credicycle. Consulting services are typically priced per project, such as performing a job task analysis or modified-Angoff study.

These require complex studies like Job Task Analysis, standard setting studies like the Angoff method, or machine-learning analytics like item response theory. If you don’t have a psychometrician in-house, you will need to hire consultants. Our team will work to understand your requirements, which can differ based on the type of exam, and recommend a cost-effective plan to achieve your goals
