Purpose of the pull request

#423

  1. set schedule job as “0 1 * * *”
  2. set full test with dynamic parameter “-Dsurefire.test.includes=cn/idev/excel/test/**/*.java”
  3. update readme with new badge of nightly build

any concern on the nightly build with full test? it won't impact current ci or release workflow~ just set another job to run the regression test

Proposal:
As all tests had been executed successfully. If any case failed now, it means some commit changed something.
But core test in the ci can be executing with minutes level, full test still required hours level execution.
So just set nightly build to find out the bad smell.
