I’d really like to get this PR merged, or at least get some guidance on what’s needed to make it mergeable. I don’t think the additional +756 B is a significant concern, and I believe we can move forward with this approach. What do you think? @ntsekouras @youknowriad @Mamaduka |

This is testing well for me in the editors, and it sounds like folks are fine with the package location and bundle size.

I think would be useful to:
- update the README in
@wordpress/notices - mark components as deprecated in the READMEs, e.g., https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/blob/add/migrate-snackbar-notice-package/packages/editor/README.md#editorsnackbars

I get why we need to preserve the old classnames, but I don't think we should preserve the styles that are identical with the default ones from the component in notices now.
See for example: https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/blob/trunk/packages/edit-widgets/src/components/notices/style.scss#L15 and https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/74384/changes#diff-21abc09e7408cee4e736d1265fde8a1f3df0d2868fc942de6cd682058be9cf66R8.
Same applies to some of the other packages like editor etc..

I forgot that, in some cases, consumers (like New Media Gallery) can use a context. I updated both component props to accept the context. I hope that it makes sense: 678d0c6 |

This PR extracts notice rendering components from
@wordpress/editorinto the@wordpress/noticespackage, making them reusable across all editor interfaces. It introduces two new components (InlineNoticesandSnackbarNotices) and updates all editor interfaces (boot, edit-site, edit-post, edit-widgets, and editor) to use them. The previousEditorSnackbarsandEditorNoticescomponents are deprecated but continue to work with deprecation warnings.Why?
Notice rendering logic was previously duplicated across multiple editor interfaces, with components tightly coupled to the
@wordpress/editorpackage. This created maintenance overhead and made it difficult to reuse notice rendering in other contexts. By centralizing this functionality in@wordpress/notices, we achieve:How?
