Role overview:
We are looking for a Lead Analyst - KRED to drive data-driven insights and strategy across our DeFi products. The role involves analyzing operational, financial, and user data to identify trends, define KPIs, and support product launches and growth initiatives across multiple blockchain networks. You will work closely with Product, Growth, and Engineering teams to translate data into actionable insights that improve product performance and adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Insights: Lead the analysis of operational and financial data to identify key trends, growth drivers, and actionable insights using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Growth, and Engineering teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into data-driven solutions, while clearly communicating insights to leadership.
- DeFi Product Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, user behavior, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities for DeFi products.
- Launch Strategy Support: Partner with leadership to formulate and refine launch strategies for DeFi products across different blockchain networks.
- KPI Framework & Monitoring: Define, implement, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Stader Labs across multiple chains to measure performance and impact.
- Growth Strategy Execution: Lead the development and execution of data-driven growth initiatives to increase product adoption and penetration across chains.
Essential Skills & Experience :
- 4–7 years of experience in analytics, with demonstrated leadership in driving data insights and strategy.
- Prior experience in the Web3, Blockchain, or Crypto ecosystem is required, preferably with established Web3 companies or startups.
- A strong interest in technology and DeFi, along with a solid understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, is highly desirable.
