Enhance esc_html() withesc_br_html() to Preserve Line Breaks

This PR introduces esc_br_html(), an enhancement of esc_html() that escapes text for safe HTML output while preserving line breaks as <br /> tags. Additionally, corresponding functions esc_br_html__(), esc_br_html_x(), and esc_br_html_e() are added to maintain consistency with WordPress Core escaping functions. Unit tests are included to validate functionality.
