Update Creative Commons licenses link to new URL

Description

The navigation link pointing to https://creativecommons.org/about/cclicenses/ now redirects to https://creativecommons.org/share-your-work/cclicenses/. This PR replaces the old URL by the new URL in the source in order to avoid the redirect.
