DataViews list layout doesn't horizontally align content when a single property is visible

Description

In DataViews component, the list layout does not align content inside rows properly when a single property is checked. The row height could shrink to balance the empty space.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Go to DataViews, layout list
2. Open the appearance settings and hide all properties except one that is text-based.
3. See the row height.

The problem seems to be with Title and the rest of fields as hiding it shows an empty space for the action displayed in hover.

The issue here seems to be how list layout's design is very coupled with the title attribute by showing the actions next to it, but title is not actually enforced to be always visible.

I think we should probably just show the next available visible field in title's position, if it's not visible. That means then check description and finally the remaining fields. What do you think? --cc @jameskoster

Allowing consumers to hide the title in list layout seems like a bit of an edge case to me, I don't know that we need to optimise for it.

There are a couple of configurations that produce awkward layouts. These are what I think we might explore addressing...

Only Media and Title visible

In this case ideally all row children would be centrally aligned.

Only Title visible

In this case the row is simply too tall.
