Templates / DataViews: Show declared post types for templates

What problem does this address?

I have a theme with multiple custom tempaltes.
However, not all templates can be used for all post types. This information is currently missing in the UI.

What is your proposed solution?

Add a column to the DataViews to show where the template can be used.

I guess this would be a good enhancement but I think we would need input from design team? I can quickly add a new column for this but maybe a pill tag might be better? 🤔

I'd expect this to be the same as for categories for example. I do not see any reason why another design would be needed for this kind of information. Example: https://wordpress.github.io/gutenberg/?path=/docs/dataviews-dataviews--docs

Thanks for sharing the link — you’re right. It makes sense to reuse the same design (I was over thinking it mb). I’ll work on implementing it.

Does a default for undefined exist in DataViews? In the old wp-admin it's a –.
Also, I wonder if it's possible to show the column only if at least one post type was defined for any template, because I guess in many themes the default is that all templates are available for post and page.

We can have it hidden by default from the dropdown. Detecting is also fairly easily possible too.

Worked on adding the defaults checks, I will open up a PR for initial review. Just fixing up some bugs.
