Slimming down the size of the Gutenberg plugin?

What problem does this address?

I just received a warning from Duplicator Pro when backing up a site.
In regards to larger MB files.

What is your proposed solution?

Finding ways to slim down the Gutenberg plugin. Currently it is 105MB when unzipped.

I use the Gutenberg on production sites and it takes up a lot of space.

I appreciate the thoroughness of the changelog, but I immediately noticed that the changelog is almost 4mb right now; omitting that from the build or only including a truncated version in the build may be an easy win.

The source maps and unminimized JS files are significant portion of the 105mb but these were requested in the past, for what it's worth: - #33718
